Meet Our Pastor

We are so excited that you made the decision to visit Smiley Methodist Church. We want to make every effort to welcome you and support your spiritual growth by providing you with opportunities to participate in prayer, worship, discipleship studies and ministries outside the church.

We are here to help you get connected. We gather for worship at 9:30 every Sunday morning. After worship we meet in the fellowship hall for a time of
refreshments and to catch up on how everyone is doing. Around 10:45 we have Bible study discipleship classes.

Each Wednesday at 5:30 our Prayer Team meets to go over the current prayer requests and lift in prayer each person on the list by name. The second Wednesday of the month our men have a fellowship meal and a devotional at 6:30 PM. The third Wednesday at 10:00 the ladies play dominoes and have a light lunch.

We participate in the Community Ministerial Alliance activities throughout the year including the monthly Community Worship service held on the second Sunday at one of seven churches in the area. We also collect food for the local food bank and our Hearts and Hands Ministry provides outreach to the community widows, elderly, and homebound individuals by connecting with them with visits or phone calls, or helping with minor tasks around the home.
